Mid Winter Wellness Retreat 2022
Taking on the stillness of winter – this retreat will provide space to reflect, nourish and restore our body, mind and soul. Amidst the cadence of our lives, we often forget how important rest can be to our wellness, often because it feels like we’re not doing anything! Here you will have the opportunity to just be. I’ll hope you’ll join us in slowing down, if only for a day. Choose between joining us on Saturday, February 26th or Sunday, February 27th from 9am-5pm.
