Leah’s passion is working with moms who strive to be confident, healthy and present in their daily lives amidst the challenges of motherhood. As a mom of two, with her own Cesarean recovery story, her goal is to educate and empower women on their own wellness journeys both pre and postnatal. She has worked with all ages and stages, from kids to seniors, beginners to athletes on implementing small steps to progress clients towards sustainable healthy habits, whether in movement or mindset. Leah is here to support, motivate and coach you along your wellness journey.
