“Muir Wellness tailors an exercise training program for your personal fitness goals and on your bodies needs. She starts with an assessment and then plans out exercises based on your specific needs. She also made adjustments on the fly based on if my body couldn’t handle specific moves. All of our workouts were on zoom during these covid times and I could always hear and see what the moves were that I needed to do. She would correct bad form and didn’t mind if babies, husband’s or pets interrupted the training. She was encouraging and an absolute joy to work with!”
